Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • 1 pinch salt


Instructions:

  • Whisk the pumpkin, milk, honey, pie spice, salt, vanilla, & honey. Add the chia seeds and whisk again. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
