Hi! I’m Melissa.
I love food - ALL kinds of food. After gaining over 35 pounds in my early 20’s and constantly feeling like shit I decided it was time to reevaluate my relationship with it. After doing extensive research + trial and error, I was finally able to figure out how to lose the weight, and live my life in a healthier way. I changed my mindset and now I love food for the fuel and medicine it provides my body instead of loving the taste of something for 2 seconds and spending the next day in misery.
I want to help women do the same thing. There is a science behind nutrition, and it isn’t taught to us. I want to share my knowledge of how to make sustainable daily choices that add up to a huge difference. Through this I’ve lost my anxiety around eating, and am able to live my life feeling my best at all times.
