What’s a health coach?

 

A Health Coach is a supportive mentor and wellness authority who helps improve clients’ health through individualized food and lifestyle changes.

I work with busy, overwhelmed, stressed individuals who are looking to find balance at home and in their career. I help them develop and sustain a healthier life both mentally and physically by motivating and inspiring them to make positive changes that are unique to their individual needs.

How does it work?

 

I offer a FREE health consultation before working with every client. During this time I learn about your needs, and you ask questions. From there we’ll set up a time to meet bi-weekly for 50 minutes on zoom.
