Whipped Feta Tzatziki

If you decide to make this whipped feta Tzatziki, let me save you some time and just double it. Maybe even triple it, it’s that good.

I recently made this for my friends for a fun build your own shawarma bowl, and they literally devoured it! I always prefer to make my own Tzatziki so I can add a lot of fresh dill and lemon to it. So when I decided to mix the feta in too I knew I was on to something special.

This is so EASY to make, and incredibly delicious. I used Kite Hill almond yogurt to keep the dairy consumption down, but you can defiantly use plain Greek yogurt instead.

Here’s how you make it.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta

  • 1/2 cup @kitehillfoods almond yogurt

  • 1/2 lemon juiced

  • 1/4 cup cucumber minced (or shredded)

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • Dill chopped

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and blend on high until smooth. About 4-5 minutes. Adjust seasoning as needed. If too thick you can add olive oil or water while blending.
