If you are anything like me than you ALWAYS want sushi - any time, any day. This low carb, homemade rendition of a spicy tuna roll really satisfies my endless sushi craving, and its incredibly easy to make. This is a great dish to make for lunch, and requires zero effort. You can leave it as a hand roll, or slice up in to pieces.

Here’s how you make it:

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of tuna in water, drained

  • 1 nori wrap

  • 1/4 cucumber sliced vertically

  • 1/2 avocado

  • Sriracha to taste

  • Mayo to taste

  • Sesame seeds

  • Coconut aminos

Instructions:

  • Mix the drained tuna with sriracha and mayo until it’s at a consistency and flavor you like. Add salt & pepper if needed.

  • Lightly toast your nori (be careful not to burn), and start assembling your wrap by adding the tuna, avocado, and cucumber to close to one edge of the wrap.

  • Add additional sriracha, sesame seeds, and a splash of coconut aminos, then roll up your wrap and enjoy! Serve with additional coconut aminos for dipping.
